Dan Halbert, GAPP President

Dan, President of The Green Alliance, is also the owner of The Rainforest Collective on Venice Blvd. In July, Mr. Halbert was featured in a Wall Street Journal article when the City tried to close his dispensary. Instead of giving up, he became one of the founding members of LACA, which defeated the Moratorium in October of 2009.

Jerry Avetisyan, CPA

Jerry Avetisyan is the leading Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for GAPP and the Medical Marijuana industry at large. He continuously looks for ways to keep his clients compliant with the leading tax laws and to minimize their tax liability. Jerry experience includes tax preparation, tax audit representation, bookkeeping, payroll, and business consulting for various non-profit and for-profit organizations.

Jerry received his Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
